Use this page if you need help before signing in. Signed-in PVH members can use Contact Us or My Journal → Questions & Support for secure, account-linked assistance.
You can reach the PVH team directly using the details below. We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days.
For account security, please do not include passwords or payment details in your message.
Confirm that you are using the same account or email originally registered for PVH. If your account is not recognised, do not create repeated duplicate accounts unless a PVH administrator asks you to.
If you can sign in on another device, open Contact Us or My Journal → Questions & Support and describe the login problem.
PVH tests and examinations are not taken on a phone. Use a laptop, desktop computer, or supported tablet.
Keep the exam page open during an active assessment. Leaving the examination screen is monitored and counts toward the examination toggle limit.
Microphone access is requested only when you start a recording feature that needs it. If you previously denied permission, reopen the browser/app permission settings for PVH and allow microphone access for that recording feature.
Examinations do not require a companion-camera device.
Read the Privacy Policy for data-use details. Signed-in members can change AI-processing permission in My Journal → Settings → Privacy & Account.
Privacy PolicyPermanent account deletion is also available in that same Privacy & Account area. If you cannot access your account, use the official support contact supplied with the app listing so the PVH team can verify the request securely.
Published Community Board posts can be reported from the post itself, and members can block another member's Community Board posts. Reports are reviewed by authorised community admins.
For account security or privacy concerns, signed-in members should use Contact Us or Journal support so the issue is linked to the correct participant record.
PVH is complementary and is not an emergency service. If you or someone else may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service immediately rather than waiting for a PVH response.
