PVH Global
Prana Violet Healing Global
Effective and last updated: 11 September 2026
These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the PVH Global app. By continuing to use the app, you agree to use it responsibly, respect other participants and administrators, and follow the programme, learning, examination and community rules shown in the app.
The app supports Prana Violet Healing learning, participant Journals, approved PVH educational resources, Ask Bodhi, Emotional Freedom Healing (EFH) drafting, activities, examinations, community features, product enquiries, donations where enabled, and communication with authorised PVH teams.
Some features are available only to particular members, countries, roles, programmes or examination participants. Access may change when a programme ends, an administrator changes permissions, or a feature is temporarily restricted for safety, maintenance or examination integrity.
PVH healing, spiritual and wellness guidance is complementary. The app is not an emergency service, does not provide a medical diagnosis, and does not replace appropriate medical, dental, mental-health or other professional care.
If symptoms are severe, sudden, worsening, life-threatening or otherwise urgent, seek appropriate emergency or professional care. Do not delay prescribed treatment or urgent assessment in order to use a PVH practice.
Ask Bodhi is designed to use approved PVH knowledge and to avoid filling knowledge gaps with unapproved teaching. Even so, participants remain responsible for deciding when professional assessment or practical safety action is needed.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the information submitted through your account. Do not share examination access, impersonate another participant, or use another person's account without authorisation.
PVH may restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to protect participants, investigate misuse, preserve examination integrity, comply with programme rules, or protect the service. If your account supports self-service deletion, you can use the deletion control described in the Privacy Policy and the app's Privacy & Account settings.
Participant-facing AI processing requires the privacy choice shown before those features are used. The Privacy Policy explains what text may be processed and how to revoke that permission.
Translations and AI-assisted wording are intended to preserve the approved source meaning. If a translation, answer or generated draft appears unclear, incomplete or inconsistent with an approved lesson, do not treat the unclear wording as new PVH teaching; use the feedback/support route so it can be reviewed.
Your Journal is intended for your own learning, notes, resources and participant records. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, content you do not have the right to use, or another person's sensitive information without a legitimate reason and appropriate permission.
Personal EFH drafts are writing support based on information you choose to provide. A generated personal draft is not automatically official PVH teaching. If anonymous EFH sharing is offered, sharing is optional and is handled separately from your private Journal copy.
Examinations may use monitoring controls such as toggle detection, examination-screen interruption logging and security-incident records. The examination rules shown before starting explain how these controls work.
Participants must follow the examination rules displayed for the assigned test. Attempts to bypass proctoring, share questions, use unauthorised assistance, interfere with monitoring or access restricted app areas during an examination may cause the session to be stopped or referred for administrative review.
Community posts must be respectful and appropriate for the PVH community. Do not post harassment, threats, hate, sexual or exploitative content, spam, unlawful material, dangerous instructions, private information about another person, or content that infringes another person's rights.
Community Board submissions are reviewed before publication. Published posts can also be reported, and participants can block another member's Community Board posts. Authorised community admins may reject, remove or review posts and reports where needed to maintain a safe community.
PVH learning materials, branding and original app content may be protected by copyright, trademark or other rights. You may use materials for the purposes made available in the app, but you may not falsely claim authorship, remove ownership notices, sell restricted materials, or redistribute content where you do not have permission.
The app may link to third-party services or resources such as video platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not change the approval status of PVH teaching inside Ask Bodhi or the Knowledge Base.
Where a country portal offers product enquiries, the participant Products area may be browse-and-enquire only; an enquiry is not automatically an accepted order. Any physical-goods arrangement, delivery, payment or refund is subject to the information provided by the responsible PVH team.
Where donations are enabled, they are voluntary and are handled using the method shown for the relevant PVH country or organisation. Donation availability and payment methods may be changed or disabled to comply with platform, legal or organisational requirements.
PVH may update, correct, replace, suspend or retire app features, learning resources and approved knowledge. A feature may also be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity, service-provider limits, safety controls or administrative review.
We aim to keep the app accurate and usable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. If an important function fails, use the support/contact route rather than repeatedly submitting sensitive information.
The Privacy Policy explains the app's data practices, account-deletion controls, device permissions and AI processing.
Privacy PolicySigned-in participants can use Contact Us or Journal support to reach the appropriate PVH team about app access, privacy, community reports, learning or administrative issues. Public App Store support/contact information may also be used where you cannot sign in.
